This Privacy Policy explains how PT. Etapasbar Ecomm Indonesia ("we"), the operator of etapasbar.id, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use the website or shop through our official channels. This policy is prepared with reference to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection.

  • Identity and contact: name, WhatsApp/phone number and email.
  • Delivery data: address and recipient name.
  • Transaction data: ordered products, order value and proof of transfer. We never ask for your bank PIN, password or OTP code.
  • Service conversations: chats with Neng Eta relating to your order.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, and cookies when you visit the website.

2. How we use your data

  • Processing orders, checking stock with the stall and shipping the goods.
  • Contacting you about your order, payment, delivery and complaints.
  • Keeping the website secure and preventing fraud.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations, including transaction record-keeping.
  • Sending product or promotion updates, only with your consent. You can opt out at any time.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data based on your consent, the performance of the sales agreement, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared to the extent necessary with:

  • The relevant tenant stall: details of the ordered items, without your contact data unless necessary.
  • Courier services: recipient name, address and phone number for delivery.
  • Banks or payment providers: to verify payments.
  • Technology service providers we use, such as website hosting and WhatsApp, which process data on our behalf.
  • Competent authorities, where required by law.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on systems with access limited to authorised staff. It is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by regulations (for example transaction records), and is then deleted or anonymised.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

  • obtain information about and access a copy of your personal data;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data, unless it conflicts with legal obligations;
  • withdraw your consent, including opting out of promotions;
  • object to certain processing.
