Welcome to etapasbar.id. These Terms of Use govern the use of the etapasbar.id website and the ordering of products through the website or our official WhatsApp. By using the website or placing an order, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms.

1. About us

etapasbar.id (Etalase Pasar Baru) is operated by PT. Etapasbar Ecomm Indonesia, a legal entity registered in Indonesia (SK AHU-0068898.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2019, NIB 0220303360398), based in Bandung, West Java. etapasbar.id is a digital storefront for products from tenant stalls at Pasar Baru Bandung. Orders are handled by Neng Eta, our customer service.

2. Official channels

Our official channels are the etapasbar.id website, Neng Eta's WhatsApp 0882-0000-08510, email admin@etapasbar.id, Instagram @etapasbar.id and Facebook Etalase Pasar Baru. We are not responsible for transactions made through any other number or account claiming to represent etapasbar.id.

3. Products and prices

  • Products come from tenant stalls at Pasar Baru. Photos and descriptions are made as faithfully as possible, but colours may differ slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah and exclude shipping unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices and stock may change at any time. The applicable price is the one confirmed by Neng Eta when the order is placed.
  • We always check stock, colour and size with the stall before you make a payment.

4. Orders and payment

  • Orders can be placed through the website or our official WhatsApp. Neng Eta will send the order details, item price and shipping cost.
  • An order is valid once you approve the details and we receive the payment.
  • Payment is made by bank transfer to the account provided by Neng Eta through an official channel. Please send the proof of transfer via our official WhatsApp.
  • We may cancel an order if the item turns out to be out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If payment has been received, it will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped through the agreed courier service. The tracking number is sent via WhatsApp. Delivery times follow the courier's service; delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, but we will help track the shipment.

6. Complaints, exchanges and refunds

  • Complaints about defective, damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 2 x 24 hours of receipt, together with a video of the parcel being opened.
  • After inspection, items proven to be defective or incorrect will be exchanged, or refunded if an exchange is not possible.
  • Exchanges due to a change of mind or a confirmed size/colour choice can be arranged if the stall agrees, with shipping costs borne by the buyer.
  • Returned items must be unused, unwashed and complete with their packaging.

7. Use of the website

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the website for unlawful acts, to disrupt the system or to harm others. We may restrict access for users who violate these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The etapasbar.id name, logo, design and content are protected by law. Product photos and information belong to us or the respective tenants. Content may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the value of the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, including those caused by disruptions of third-party services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the update date at the top.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and Government Regulation No. 80 of 2019 on Trading Through Electronic Systems. Any dispute will be settled amicably, in a family spirit, through deliberation to reach consensus.
